At Hale Nalu Coffee, we roast this coffee in small batches right here in Kāne‘ohe, giving it the same level of care it receives at the farm. The high‑elevation cherries—grown above 1600 meters—develop slow, layered flavors that shine through in the cup. Expect lively fruit notes, clean sweetness, and a smooth finish that reflects both the dedication of the farmers and the intentional way we roast on the Windward side.
